Coordinating with relevant exporter, importer and ships master prior to vessel arrival
Coordinating & laising with all local parties prior to vessels arrival
Coordinating will all local parties for the execution of clearance and berthing upon vessels arrival
Coordinating with cargo owner (importer) and stevedore for the commencing & discharging operations
Monitoring and reporting the cargo update & SOF to relevant parties
Preparing shipping documents (bill of lading, manifest) as required
Preparing and processing the ships clearance & sailing permit prior to vessels departure
Preparing and submitting FDA and all relevant documents to clients
